A Well Overdue First Post

After months of having this website running and adding photos to it without much context, I think this first blog post is well overdue.

I’ve been meaning to run a blog since the very beginning, but life kept me distracted, and here I am, many months later, trying to force paragraphs out of my head to trigger the proverbial verbal diarrhea.

I originally wanted to use this first post to introduce myself, but there will always be opportunities to throw some tidbits of information here and there within articles. In the meantime, I would rather focus on providing more context with the photos I post, along with behind-the-scenes stories, and maybe some gear reviews.

For the time being, my goal is to use this website both as my portfolio and as a way to develop all the skills required to manage it. I’m not generating any revenue from it right now, but as long as I’m learning, I consider it to be money well spent. With that being said, I’m hoping to start selling prints in the future so if you would like to see some of my work up on your wall some day, you’re welcome to express your interest, that way I can figure out if and when it’s appropriate to open up an online store.
